Fantastic drive yesterday from Northumberland up to the Cairngorms. I can't believe how beautiful the drive was! I stopped at one point to take photos of the view right as a Hercules flew very low level overhead (the photo doesn't do it justice). Arrived at the Mar Lodge National Trust estate for some wild camping with my friend Ross, which is the first time we've seen each other all year. Proper catchup. Stunning location right on the River Dee. Loving it up here.
