From Summiting England's highest mountain, Scafell Pike, to taking the mini steam railway from Eskdale to the coastal town of Ravenglass and walking the quieter routes into deep quarries with friends, the Lake District hasn't disappointed. I feel quite sad to be moving on tomorrow although it does have one more trick up its sleeve; The Hardknott Pass. Fingers crossed Frida will make it.
